I had my opposition testimony e-mailed before 10:00 on Monday the 24th, but the deadline apparently was 10:30 am on Thursday the 20th as the legislature was off on both the 21st and 24th. Disappointing. As I recall, they've played this game before?
Yes, I received the same. There was a technicality with this particular hearing that I was unaware of. We’ve been advised to have people send their testimony directly to the committee members and to ask that testimony be accepted. We’ll see if it works. At the very least, they will see your testimony.

Hey Erin - maybe I got my dates messed up but I submitted testimony yesterday on SCR 1611 and got this response. Is that right?
Good morning. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept testimony on SCR1611. The cut off was Thursday at 10:30am due to the legislative body having off on Friday and Monday. Chairman Thompson did extend the deadline until 5pm on Thursday. We published the agenda 24 hours earlier than required in hopes of reaching more people. Please let me know if you want me to add you to the distribution list so you can receive the agendas as soon as they are finalized. Have a nice day.
