A few things before we get to the list…
Push yourself a little / Stretch your comfort zone
I know volunteering for campaigns is new to a lot of you. Trust me. Before 2017, I NEVER could have pictured myself knocking doors or making phone calls. But, it has gotten easier with practice and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the number of wonderful conversations I’ve had.
My advice? Try something new. Surprise yourself.
Looking for info specific to your area?
First, find the candidates in your area by reviewing your sample ballot at myvoteinfo.voteks.org. Then, look at the volunteer opportunities below to see if one of your candidates is listed. Jump in and volunteer through the links below or sign up on their website to volunteer.
Currently, the list includes information for candidates in Johnson and Shawnee counties. We plan to continue to update the list for other areas as well, but in the meantime…
If your candidate is not on the list, consider helping one of the candidates below. These candidates are some of the ones that are CRITICAL for breaking the GOP supermajority in Kansas. Or, google the candidate on your ballot and sign up on their website to volunteer.
Note: You can help any candidate with phone banking…not limited to your area. Helping the candidates key to breaking the GOP Supermajority will make Kansas a better place for all of us!
